AGS intends to become a leader in the supply of transgenic mouse models and a collaborator in drug development. AGS business activities are focused into the following four areas:

  Contract Transgenics - transgenic mouse models generated using large-inserts modified by pClasper^TM<*dv_0*> systems giving rise to superior quality models containing the naturally occurring regulatory elements that insure proper expression of the transgene. Design of superior transgenic constructs, by the provision of screening services of large-insert genomic libraries.

  Disease Model Library - AGS intends to select and study a large number of genes and allelic mutations thought to be associated with important human diseases, in order to create a unique collection of mouse models of disease.

  Database of Validated Drug Targets the study of several hundred potential new drug targets to determine gene function and the probability of therapeutic use through the application of AGS transgenic technology.
